• Cleaning: Parts are cleaned to remove all oil, grease, & other substances. Cast parts are degassed.
• Pretreatment: Abrasive blast surface with 120 to 180 grit aluminum oxide. Phosphate coat or plate if requested.
• Applications: Spray coating on to the item
• Cure/Bake: Depending on the coating used, the part is cured in an oven at temperatures from 300F to 400F
• Inspection: Check for thickness and adhesion
