Hard Coating Anodizing:

Hard coating anodizing is a great metal finish for aluminum. This outer coating allows the part to be protected from corrosion and deterioration. Hard coat anodizing enhances many desirable properties of aluminum. It improves electrical resistance, thermal conductivity, and provides the part with the hardness of steel.

• We also have some of the largest tanks available, so we can anodize any size job needed.

2 Step Coloring:

The innovative two-step anodizing process has several advantages over the once widely used integral color anodizing. This type of anodizing greatly enhances the characteristic properties of aluminum. The two-step process strengthens the aluminum to a hardness of steel, and provides it with higher wear, electrical, and fade resistance. In fact the exceptional fade resistance make these coating excellent candidates for exterior outdoor applications, such as building, storefronts, and windows. Del's plating provides this process in champagne, light bronze, medium bronze, dark bronze, and black.
